Services are provided based on availability and could be influenced by weather conditions. We retain the discretion to alter or cease services without prior notification.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Procedure

To reserve a charter, you must:

  • Have reached the age of 18 years
  • Submit precise and full information
  • Make a deposit payment as detailed in your booking confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed only with our written confirmation and the reception of your payment. We maintain the right to decline service to any individual at our discretion.

3.3 Access to Charters

Charter availability is contingent on vessel availability and appropriate weather conditions. Efforts will be made to honor your requested dates and times within reason.

4. Financial Conditions

4.1 Costs

All fees are stated in € and incorporate applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices are subject to modifications without previous notice.

4.2 Payment Timetable

  • Initial Deposit: 50% of the complete charter cost required at the time of booking
  • Remaining Balance: Due 48 hours prior to the charter's departure
  • Incidental Expenses (if any): Payable at the charter's conclusion

4.3 Methods of Payment

We accept significant credit cards, electronic bank transfers, and certified cheques. All payments are handled using secure, encrypted technology.

5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours before departure: Complete reimbursement minus processing charges
  • 24-72 hours before departure: Half the refund
  • Under 24 hours before departure: No refund accorded

5.2 Cancellations Due to Weather

Should the weather conditions be deemed unsafe by our captain, we will propose to:

  • Change your charter to an alternative date without added cost
  • Issue a complete refund should rescheduling be untenable

5.3 Mechanical Failures

In the event of mechanical failure concerning the designated vessel, we will endeavor to offer a compatible replacement. If an alternative is not procurable, a full reimbursement will be granted.

6. Safety and Etiquette

6.1 Safety Protocols

All guests are expected to:

  • Obey directions provided by the crew
  • Utilize safety gear as needed
  • Divulge any health conditions influencing their safety
  • Stay within assigned areas on the vessel

6.2 Forbidden Items

The subsequent items are prohibited on board:

  • Glassware
  • Illegal materials
  • Weapons or other harmful objects
  • Excess beverages beyond what is considered moderate
  • Pets (except with prior approval)

6.3 Behavior Expectations

Patrons are required to behave in a dignified way. Should passenger conduct create a safety concern or disturb other passengers' experience, we bear the right to cease the charter prematurely without a refund.

7. Responsibility and Insurance

7.1 Our Responsibility

We are liable only to the extent of the payment received for your charter. We disclaim any responsibility for:

  • Injury arising due to passengers' own negligence
  • Theft or destruction of personal items
  • Indirect or penal damages
  • Delays caused by weather or factors outside of our control

7.2 Insurance

We maintain thorough marine insurance that covers our vessels and operations. It remains the passengers' responsibility to arrange their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By partaking in our charter services, you recognize that activities on the water inherently pose risks and accept to assume full responsibility for your safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Alterations

We retain the right to revise itineraries, paths, or timetables according to weather patterns, safety requirements, or operational needs. We will strive to offer equivalent alternative experiences.

9. Unforeseen Circumstances

Our responsibility does not extend to delays, cancellations, or changes brought on by events beyond our control, including but not restricted to:

  • Extreme weather situations
  • Natural calamities
  • Governmental orders
  • Port closures
  • Vehicle breakdowns

10. Confidentiality and Data Security
